We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Mr Central Heating. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do everything we can to sort it out quickly and easily. Please follow the steps below to help us help you.

Returning an Item.

• You can return or exchange most items within 30 days as long as they’re unused and in their original, undamaged packaging
• Delivery charges aren’t refundable unless the item is faulty
• Please avoid sticking labels directly on product packaging (package the items safely and wrap items before labelling)—we need it in a resalable condition to process a return
• When sending items back, make sure they’re securely packaged to avoid damage in transit
• Return postage costs are your responsibility

Something Not Right with Your Delivery?

• Please check your order as soon as it arrives
• If anything is missing, damaged or incorrect, let us know within 72 hours by emailing returns@mrcentralheating.co.uk
• Don’t open sealed packaging  if something doesn’t look right—just get in touch and we’ll guide you through the next steps
• Returns are much easier to sort when they’re reported straight away, so please don’t wait for your plumber to arrive

Faulty Items

• All products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s guarantee, unless otherwise stated
• If you think something is faulty, just email returns@mrcentralheating.co.uk and we’ll help you get it sorted.
• Faulty items will be credited once inspected by the manufacturer

Exceptions

• We are unable to accept any returns for PCB's and any gas carrying or gas controlling parts unless they are faulty
• Any special order items which are goods not in stock are non returnable

Restocking Fee

• A restocking fee applies to returns and you will be adivsed upon request
• Consumer statutory rights, including those related to distance selling, are fully respected and not affected by this policy
